About Us

Over the years, I’ve become friends with a lot of salespeople. And I’ve heard the same complaint again and again: “Marketing isn’t giving us what we need.”

When I used to work in marketing, I bristled a bit in those conversations. We were busy. We had our own priorities. And, according to my boss and many of our clients, marketing wasn’t supposed to be sales support.

But I never got comfortable with the idea that sales teams should left alone to wing it with pitch decks , PDFs haphazardly edited in Microsoft Word, and whatever other materials they could cobble together at the last minute for a meeting. These situations were bad for the brand, bad for sales, and bad for customers.

Indeed, marketing may not be sales support, but I’ve always felt that design absolutely could be and should be. And support is what The Creative Offices does best.
